Very disappointed with my visit here. Had a bogo sub coupon that had been emailed and when you clicked on it, showed the Cambridge restaurant as nearest location…but when we tried to use it, learned it was only good in USA? Mybad for not reading the fine print - not sure why it was sent in first place so will be unsubscribing. Ordered anyway- one roast beef with provolone “fully involved” on whole wheat, one “hook and ladder”. Roast beef was not good - meat tasted chemically and the ends of the whole wheat bun were hard. Hook and ladder was okay and white bun was fine. The 1/4 dill pickle on the side was good but looked sad and meagre. There’s better sub shops out there. Not a do over for us.

This is a good Firehouse Sub location. Good employees always happy to help. I would specially thanks Jenna for help. Food is delicious and the footlong sandwich is enough for two meals for someone with low appetite. Clean and hygiene place, quality food. I had engineering sub and steak & cheese sub both were extremely delicious. App and website is not showing all the menu options it is better to give them a call or order in person at store. If you are collecting points/stars don't forget to ask before paying, it is real hustle after the fact.

Love Firehouse Subs and this location is very good. Food-wise is 5 stars, price-wise is 1 star. While this chain has always been on the pricey side, it's now too high for me to justify going. My typical large sub is now over $20 after tax. Sorry, just can't do it anymore.

Absolutely loved!! ♥️ Wow!! I'm so glad that I tried it! It is the best takeout place that I have had subs in! ! I will definitely return!! 💯 Food I tried: I had the Smokehouse Brisket on whole wheat with caramelized onions, caramelized peppers, banana peppers, lettuce, tomato, and cucumber. The sauce is a bit sweet, and the heat of the banana peppers comes together with the sauce beautifully! Cost: A medium Smokehouse Brisket with an iced tea came to $16.33. Methods of dining: Takeout, dine-in, and a small amount of outdoor dining. See my pic. Atmosphere: You can bring kids here. It is a bright and cheerful place. It has a lot of huge windows. It has a firefighter theme. See my pic. Service: I think the manager served me, and she was a wonderful person -- very helpful! Parking: Free and lots of it. Wheelchair accessibility: There are two wheelchair spots and a sidewalk right in front of the store. The store is on the same level as the sidewalk. They have a wheelchair button for the front door. They also have a wheelchair accessible washroom. See my pics.

Incredibly slow. Took 40 minutes to get my sub. Wasn't even the employees fault. They were understaffed during the lunch rush. Almost 10 people waiting for subs. The owner needs to have some common sense and have more employees working during the lunch rush. They probably lost alot of customers today alone. I felt really bad for the employees being overworked. Do better!!

Walking into this location, I noticed that it was bright, clean and very well kept. It was a little busy. The employee at the cash counter was friendly and polite. The service was slower than expected. From the time I payed until the time I received my order, it took 15 min. There was 2 customers ahead of me and 3 employee. The subs were well made and tasted delicious. The quality of the ingredients were excellent.

These subs are far superior to any others. A little more money but so worth it. You get prime meats and lots of it. Toppings are fresh and delicous. We had the hero and corned beef brisket. Excellent

The sandwiches are always good as well as the service! We always order The Italian, this time something was different. Something was missing from the flavor profile. I'm also not sure what changed, but the pickles were just sad. Normally love the subs, but disappointed this time.
